Fast, courteous and professional. Took my car right in and started servicing. Everything done in good time. Good explanation of service findings and when to schedule for when service will be needed again. Oil change to be good for 5,000 miles and need to schedule sticker placed on my window. Very pleased with total experience. Thank you. Dr. Ron Harshman

I brought my friend's car in for a standard oil change and days later she observed oil leaking onto her garage floor. She returned the next day for them to check it and the manager informed her the oil observed was clean residual oil and there was no issue with the vehicle. She then drove to Orlando and on the way back, the low oil warning light activated while on the highway. She had to stop to buy oil at an Auto Zone in Ocala. She then returned to Tires Plus to report the issue and she was informed that the upper timing cover gasket was leaking and required replacement. She was charged $391.00. Days later she observed oil leaking on the floor of her garage again and returned to Tires Plus for reinspection. She then said she would seek a second opinion and was subsequently offered a 15% discount to fix the leak. When she decided to leave Tires Plus the manager said he would fix it for free and explained to her that the technician had applied "glue" to the leak and it was done as a courtesy. He followed her to her car, insisting that any other 2nd opinion would tell her they did honest work. Instead, she drove to another shop in town who told her the upper timing cover gasket showe

My man Wayne and Eric stayed after hours to help me torque my wheels up and talk to me. These are some great trustworthy guys, I would definitely recommend and will be going back for sure. Please give them your business, truly not that many people and especially shops are nice like that these days 🙏

Earlier this evening I experienced a flat tire that had to be replaced. When I phoned Tires Plus to ask if they could replace my tire before closing, I was told "Sure! Come on in, we will take care of you!" As the tow truck driver took us to Tires Plus he commented that he knew the guys there and they would take good care of me. And yes they did! They were very friendly, began work on my car right away, and explained the cost up front so that I knew what to expect in terms of expenses. They were great!! Thanks so much guys!
